When you express interest in a product by providing your email address for a pre-order, we collect:

• Your email address.
• The timestamp of your pre-order submission.
• The product ID you are pre-ordering.

Currently, this information is stored in your browser's local storage if you are creating a product, or in the local storage of the browser belonging to the entity that created the product page if you are pre-ordering. For a production environment, this data would typically be stored on a secure server.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Allow product creators to gauge interest in their products.
• (If you are a product creator) Manage your created product pages and pre-order lists.
• (If you are pre-ordering) Notify you via email when the product you pre-ordered becomes available or if there are significant updates regarding the pre-order. Your email is shared with the creator of the product page.

Sharing Your Information

If you pre-order a product, your email address will be made available to the creator of that product's landing page so they can contact you regarding the product. We do not sell or share your personal information with other third parties, except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee complete security. As mentioned, in the current prototype, data for product creators is stored in `localStorage`. Data for pre-orders is also managed via `localStorage` by the product creator's application instance.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact the creator of the product page if you pre-ordered, or if you are a product creator, manage your data within the application where possible.
